Piece-rate specialists.

We specialize in piece-rate operations such as tree planting which require crews of workers for limited periods of time. Piece-rate allows you to calculate your costs accurately and it allows us to provide you with an efficient and cost effective labour solution. We have consistently lowered costs, improved productivity, and raised quality wherever we have converted an hourly task to piece-rate. And, we have met or bettered average worker earnings.

Structure Outland Resources operates nationwide.

Our management team liaises with all clients, ensuring we clearly understand your needs and co-ordinates the activities of all crews to make sure your task is achieved on time. Greg Weiler, is our field ops specialist. Along with managing/maintaining equipment, setting up and servicing remote camps, he supports our supervisors who manage our crews on a day to day basis. Each crew is provided with reliable vehicles, professional equipment and tools and accommodation where required.
