We understand we are only as good as our planters and at Outland Resources our planters are priority one. We promote a fun and safe crew environment and will stop at nothing to ensure our planters are able to achieve maximum productivity with minimal downtime resulting in consistent daily earnings.
We invest in our planters
We provide in-field training
For first year planters which is backed by a temporary training wage. This enables first year planters to still earn a decent wage while they find their planting legs and our quality assurance team provides constant feedback helping you to plant perfect trees in no time. As for our returning planters, not only do they receive priority when putting together our crews, we also provide them bonus incentives to acknowledge and respect their loyalty and hard work.
We Have the Work
Our long-term clients appreciate our experience and the planting quality we provide securing us large annual contracts that keep us working across the country most of the year. We have contracts in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. Ideally, we strive for downtime March-May and October-December to get our equipment back into shape and to give everyone a chance to relax, recuperate and enjoy their hard-earned money.
Earn Great Money
Planting trees is piece rate work. This provides planter with the opportunity to earn as much money as they can by pushing themselves to their limit. We work 3 days on and 1 day off as we found this to be the best way to prevent injury while maintaining maximum earning potential. We will only deviate from this work schedule due to weather events or specific contract logistics. We offer a competitive tree price with some contracts providing production bonus incentives, paying after the first week of a contract and every fortnight thereafter.
20+ Years Experience
We maintain a level of experience, safety and organisation that is unsurpassed. With over 20 years experience we have planted over 400 million trees across Australia and have completed every type of planting contract(?) imaginable. This knowledge provides our planters with a management team that can handle any logistical problems that may arise with ease, resulting in the most safe, smooth and productive planting contract possible.
